YMDG Form Space

First of all let me say welcome to all new Young Moguls.  To those who are returning, thank you for finding value in this ever growing and ever improving program that God has set before me.  Below you will usually find the forms that will give a you a little background and explain what being a Mogul is all about. Please look over it and if you haven’t yet filled out the registration form (during the info session) online please do so.  There is also a paper version of the form I can send you if that that fits you better.  Just email us at youngmogulgroup@gmail.org.

STUDENT ATTIRE

While we, by no means, endorse a uniform, please ensure you have shared with your students that they should be dressed in a presentable manner. Most of our meetings our outings will allow students to wear our mogul t-shirts and jeans or their own causal attire. However if prior to the event  we say:

“Mogul Up!”

This means where attire that is Business professional in nature.

We encourage your group to have school spirit and dress in school t-shirts or organization paraphernalia we are visiting a college. We want to ensure every event is an exciting and memorable event for all! Please encourage your students to dress for success. Below are some of the forms to lookout for this year!

YMDG RELEASE FORMS

University of North Carolina Wilmington MarineQuest Trip

Marine Quest Forms

During this year’s trip we will do a tour of UNC Wilmington Center for a Marine Science before taking a trip to the pier to learn and collect microscopic marine animals. Students will have fun learning about biotechnology careers. Often times we may analyze the use of toxic algae in pharmaceuticals or simply build under water ROVs.

For this event UNCW needs all participants to already have personal health insurance coverage.
