Young Mogul had its first meeting of the year at super successful coffee house known as Bitty and Beaus. Bitty Beaus is a place with a unique story that involves creating opportunities for those that may find it difficult to get work and develop a career. The owners after having 2 children with special needs decided to create a non-profit that provides employment opportunities to those with disabilities. Due to its story and purpose people from all over the globe visit and support Bitty and Beaus which has been featured on local news and international shows like Rachel Ray. This was the lesson I wanted the moguls to come away with. Telling your story and using it to build a foundation for what you want to do in life.
